Christmas Day

It was FINALLY Christmas morning and I didn't sleep a wink...mommy and me got up and there it all was....all the presents Santa had left me; I was very good so I got a bunch!! I got a ton of baby stuff for my baby dolls, lots of Dora stuff like lip gloss and a bed spread and pillow. Gift cards and coloring books, clothes and hats...oh I just got everything I ever wanted! Mommy was excited because she got a hat, scarf and gloves... (i think she was a bit jealous by all the Dora and baby toys I got...I caught her playing with some of it while "cleaning" my room!) Ha! Hope all had a Merry Christmas!! HO HO HO.

The Night Before Christmas

Well it was the night before Christmas and mommy and me were getting ready for Santa to come. We made all the preperation including setting the feed out for the reindeer and making cookies for Santa so that he could eat him when he got here...the first batch of cookies were soooo good that we ate them all but we definitely made a second batch for the big guy!!

My Very First Christmas Program

I had my very first Christmas Program Tuesday, December 12th; it was a lot of fun... I was a little scared at first in front of all those people but after awhile....I felt like a celebrity and it was cool!! First my class, (The Achievers) sang Jingle Bells, I got to be the one to ring the bells. Then my whole school sang We Wish You A Merry Christmas...by this time I was a pro and I liked to be up in front of the crowd! After all the singing was done we had m&m cookies and punch. The director at that point ran into the room and told all of us that Santa was there to see us... it was soooo exciting!!! However, I did not stay long, that Santa guy still kind of freaks me out! So mommy and I left!! All in all- it was really fun and lets be honest anytime I get a m&m cookie outta the deal I'm in!!!! Ha!

HO HO HO??? Santa Friend or Foe?!

Well, happy holidays to all in deed. It is almost Christmas and I can barely wait! I am a little disturbed however about Santa Clause. Friend or Foe? Books that we have been reading at school along with songs we have been singing for the season primarily suggest friend, that is why I am alittle troubled, you see, this past weekend mommy, me, cami and red all went to see Santa and to tell him what we wanted for Christmas. Mommy has been preping me about Santa, I know his songs and know what he looks like, I know that he is coming to see me on Christmas Eve and all the facts- however- I was not prepared for him in person!! Upon arrival where Santa was, it was cold and it was very busy, other kids were scurrying to see him and sit on his lap. Cami and I waited for a brief time walked right up and immediately as Santa and I made eye contact I was completely histerical!!!!! I can't tell you what came over me. I have heard and even had talked to mommy about meeting Santa but as I did I guess I got a little stage fright! All I kept saying was "no...mommy no no no wanna go go go go wannna go..." Anyway, so that was the experience. Mommy said not to worry that I probably just got stage fright of all the excitement of really getting to meet Santa for the very first time; she explained that it was probably just a first reaction to all the hype and fame of Santa....she said like she would've been say if Brad Pitt were wearing that Santa suit. Well....I don't know who Brad Pitt is but I can just tell you he ain't got nothing on Santa Clause!!! Cami had about the same reaction but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Ha!
